Jaclyn offers cognitive, educational, and neurodevelopmental assessments for children, adolescents, and adults. She works from a neurodiversity affirming framework to support her clients and utilises evidence-based assessments that are tailored to their specific needs.
Jaclyn uses a collaborative approach in a non-judgemental environment to further clients' understanding of their or their child's emotions, behaviours, and underlying psychological processes. She has a history of working within the private and public mental health sector with adults, families, and children from a diverse range of cultures and settings.
Willow is a 2 year old Australian Sheppard x Bernedoodle (Bernese Mountain Dog x Poodle). Jaclyn and Willow will be undertaking training to have Willow certified as a therapy dog and provide animal assist therapy.
Willow loves people, socks, and playing chasey! Whenever Willow goes for a walk, she always tries to say hello to anyone that walks past. She is currently learning how to talk with the use of sound buttons. Her favourite buttons so far are play, walk, and treat. Willow also likes to use her buttons to tell Jaclyn when she should be finished with work so they can play!
